MCI Wireless is looking for hard-working, self-sufficient, and reliable individuals with experience in the wireless industry who enjoy working from heights to fill our Tower Foreman position for T-Mobile andor Verizon builds. We have best-in-class managers and techs and are looking for a new foreman to lead a crew. We are a telecommunication contractor located in Little Canada, MN that believes in honesty, integrity, and treating employees with respect and fairness. We also have a best-in-class healthcare plan including medical and dental, 401K, Profit Sharing, Per Diem, PTO, and paid holidays.Some of your responsibilities and expectations for both positions are:Ability to use tools or equipment safely and properlyAssist your team with maintaining a safe and organized work environmentUnderstand quality and installation requirements for T-Mobile andor Verizon buildsAbility to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environmentMaintain a professional attitude towards co-workers, public and managementFollow and adhere to all safety procedures and requirementsAttend safety meetings and follow company & safety policiesAdditional responsibilities and expectations as a Foreman are:Manage your crew while motivating and leading by exampleThe ability to understand the SOW, read plans & fill out safety forms properlyPlanning to ensure your crew has all the necessary materials and suppliesGather and submit all required deliverables within the required deadlinesEnsure the safety of your crew & notify Management of any issuesCommunicate schedules and other necessary information to your crew clearlyRequirements:Must have experience with climbing & ability to properly use climbing gear and PPEMust be able to liftcarry 70lbMust have full body mobility: twisting, turning, and working for extensive periods on feetMust be able to work at various heights on a regular basisHave basic math skills & speakunderstand EnglishAbility to work in ALL weather conditions for extended periodsPass a Criminal Background CheckAcceptable Driving Record & a Driver's LicenseWillingness to travel and work nightsweekends when necessaryMust pass pre-employment and random drug testsAbility to to travel often to sites across the Upper Midwest
