We have a track record of progressing SDRs to Account ExecutivesEnterprise sellers and other customer success roles across the organization. If all of this resonates, EZRA just might be the place for you.What You'll DoBuild sales pipeline through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiriesSet up introductory meetings by telephone; coordinate calendars with different time zones, and send out calendar invitesDetermine lead qualifications based on established criteriaMaintain an activity volume of Calls & Emailsday with intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growthConduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetingsMaintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities & use these to identify opportunities in the marketMaintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in our CRMWork closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve overall sales targetsRecord and document all call and communications in Sales ForceMonitor social networks such as LinkedIn for sales opportunities and leadsAbout you1+ years of work experience in a pipeline generation role specifically in Outbound environmentConfidence establishing communications and engaging with prospects, taking creative approaches to outreach prospective clientsUnderstanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator etc.)Goal-oriented, has ownership, curiosityWhat we offerYour own world class coachFriends and family coaching2 "work from anywhere" weeks3 Charity daysLearning and Development BudgetWeekly wellbeing hour23 Vacation Days + 3 floating holidays401kComprehensive health insurance#LI-HybridWe are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to having a successful, diverse team where everyone has a voice and feels able to be themselves.
