It is one of the most active areas of product development at the firm. The focus and commitment to this asset class is reflected in the growing size and span of the teams working on this asset class in general.DescriptionFixed Income is a key focus area within the firm and there are several teams engaged in business and requirements analysis, build out product features, testing and deploying to clients, client and project management and driving platformfeature adoption.We are looking for an experienced and technically oriented fixed-income electronic trading professional to help us with :Engage with clients and prospects in gathering key inputs into feature planning and prioritizationShaping and executing on our stated product roadmapDriving end-end product and feature adoptionWork with DEV teams as the internal fixed-income SME and guide them through the process with requirements, analysis, specifications, documentation, and testingWork with the project and implementation teams and maximize delivery via smart prioritization and feature trade-offsWork with the sales teams on demos, prospecting, and pricingEngage with our ecosystem partners on integrations and brainstorming solutions to best serve mutual clientsConceptualizing next generation fixed income EMS features and even building POCs and prototypesDeep knowledge of the overall fixed-income products and front office trade life cycle intimate familiarity with fixed income trading protocols, data, trading venues, and volume trendsStrong communication, presentation, multi-tasking skills, and problem-solving skillsStrongly self-motivated and drivenComfortable being hands-on with trading messages, logs, and at ease with an end-end front office trading and execution systemPrior full stack experience ( C++javaLinuxpython ) strongly preferredPassionate about the fixed-income electronic trading space, with the gravitas and chops for thought leadershipDoes this sound like you?
