KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:Manage and grow customer base with a large geographic territoryCreate & execute specific strategic plans to profitably grow the businessAttain revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Sales DirectorAssist and guide customers in product selection and influence sales towardsstrategic brandsContinuous follow-up on assigned quotesQuote to close ratio of 20% or greaterEvaluate, monitor, and resolve sales-related issues in a timely mannerParticipate in construction site meetings as required to assist in issueresolutionCollect market intelligence and competitor activity information and sharethrough company databaseProvide timely and accurate forecasts on sales projectionsGenerate accurate and timely field reportsParticipate in industry and promotional eventsQualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to communicate effectively in EnglishExperience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookGood Communication & writing skillsGood organizational skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to read and understand equipment operation manuals, Safety DataSheets and other literature as requiredGood mathematical skillsCritical Thinking and Problem Solving SkillsQUALIFICATIONSOutside Sales Experience is a MUSTCarpentry skills preferredBachelor's Degree in Business preferred, not requiredLicenseCertification:Driver's License (Required)Willingness to travel:50% (Required)Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingCell phone reimbursementDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceMileage reimbursementPaid time offPaid trainingTravel reimbursementSchedule:8-hour shiftMonday to Friday7:30 AM until 4 or 5 PM
