Shift Leader roles include:FOH Leaders:Ensure that workstations are clean at all times.Ensure that cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures. BOH Leaders:Ensure that Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.Ensure that Team Members are extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.Ensure that workstations are clean at all times.Drive-ThruMobileCurbside & Traffic Leaders [These roles are essential and must work synergistically]Ensure the safety, efficiency, and traffic flow of our busy drive-thru. Welcomes our guests to our drive-thru, and effectively communicates with team members.Ensures the drive-thru is constantly moving and vehicle gaps are safe.Always greeting and thanking our guests for joining us.Facilities & Maintenance LeadersEnsure that workstations are clean at all times.Ensure that Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.Ensure the proper monitoring, storing and management of inventory and supporting the team with stocking updates.May include technical assignments for specialized workforce in electrical, plumbing, and other forms of ad-hoc mitted, Coachable & Aware are three core principles that we admire and expect in all team members. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
