Leveraging our integrated platform comprising more than 450 employees across 16 countries and a network of investment specialists worldwide, the business is committed to its fiduciary obligation to deliver solutions that meet the individual investment needs of governments, corporations, insurance companies, endowments, retirement plans, and private clients worldwide.Role DetailsAs a team assistant, you will:Support the Head of Alternatives, the Strategy and Business Development team, and Head of Alternatives Specialists in scheduling appointments, daily schedule management, managing expenses, managing travel and other key administrative tasksSupport scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking conference rooms, catering, and AV supportAssist in document preparation for meetings including circulating agendas and preparing printoutsAssist in ordering items for the team, such as office suppliesWe are looking for At least 5 years of previous experience as an administrativeteam assistant supporting senior managementHighly motivated individual, who would be flexible in dealing with changesPrevious experience working in a large financial services company is a plus, but not a requirementExcellent communication and organizational skills and works effectively with othersKnowledge of Power Point, Word, Adobe and Excel are requiredWillingness to collaborate, learn, and keep up with new technology developments to support communications through different media channelsWhat we'll offer you:At DWS we're serious about diversity, equity and creating an inclusive culture where colleagues can be themselves sand it's important to us that you enjoy coming to work - feeling healthy, happy and rewarded. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
