National, award winning plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with experience handling labor law cases to join their New York, NY office. The firm currently represents tens of thousands of clients in personal injury litigation, civil litigation, and mass torts including product liability, dangerous drugs and defective medical products. The successful candidate for the position must be bilingual in Spanish, have experience not just in personal injury but in labor law cases, be able to attend in person hearings and handle all aspects of litigation as well as have great research and drafting skills.
