Description Job Summary: Bell Ford is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! The right candidate will have automotive service advisor experience at a domestic dealership. The day-to-day duties of this role include meeting with customers and determining their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality pensation: $4,300 - $4,800 average monthly (commission only plus bonuses)Hours: full time 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday and one Saturday a month 7am -5pmKey Responsibilities: Greet customers and manage service appointments. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers regarding service needs and repairs. Advise customers on service and repair recommendations. Accurately write service orders and follow-up with technicians on vehicle status. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Perform other related duties as required to support the service department.Qualifications: Knowledge of automotive service and repairs. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Superb customer service skills, with attention to detail. Reynolds and Reynolds computer software experience is preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
