Join a supportive team in a professional, accommodating environment where your contributions matter.What You'll DoPeople Responsibilities: Welcome visitors, manage the front desk, route calls, and maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for all employees and guests. You'll spend 50% of your time on this key responsibility.Administrative Support: Handle mail, manage inventory, assist the executive team with administrative tasks, and support sales efforts with research and LinkedIn outreach. You'll spend 35% of your time on this responsibility.Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare conference rooms, coordinate catering, and ensure events run flawlessly. You'll spend 5% of your time on this responsibility.Supply & Equipment Management: Track and order office and kitchen supplies, oversee equipment maintenance and keep the workplace running smoothly.
