DescriptionLooking for a very unique right hand person! We are seeking a mature, trustworthy, hard working, experienced, responsible, and reliable hospitality professional with a warm and positive personalityYou should have at least 3 years' experience as a managerassistant manager in a high volume restaurant which must include employee scheduling, POS knowledge, some food knowledge and excellent computer skills including ExcelKnowledge of Mediterranean food is a big plus, though not absolutely necessary but good basic food knowledge is expectedWe need the kind of leader who commands respect from those they work by setting a great exampleWe believe that everyone on our staff should treat each other with respect and this applies to everyone, staff and management alikeYour resume must show stability in you career (considerations would be made for the time during the Covid pandemic)We want someone who is looking to find a new home, not someone who moves around constantly.You must be organized, detail oriented, have common sense and the ability to solve problems quickly and calmly. (A good sense of humor is a big plus). Our restaurant needs someone who is very positive, guest driven and takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. You would need to have the ability to teach and help our staff progress to be the best they can be. A great manager is really a great teacher! You would be trained to execute all positions, including expo, running, taking phone orders, hosting, dishwashing etc.Salary will be based on experience and expertiseSchedule: 5 days a week open to close.
