Bilingual Spanish Speaking Supplier Quality EngineerChicago, ILOur client on the far northwest side of Chicago area near O'Hare Airport is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Supplier Quality Engineer!Responsibilities of the Bilingual Spanish Speaking Supplier Quality EngineerConduct global and domestic supplier quality audits as neededExpect domestic and international travel to exceed at least 10%Facilitate the PPAP and the ISIR documentation approval processAssist with the documentation of the FMEA's and Quality Control Inspection PlansBe responsible to facilitate IATF-16949, ISO 9001, 8D, 5 Whys, 4M, ISIR, AIAG Core Tools, and auditingBe involved with Material Review Board team auditsBe active with the CAR, SCAR, MRB and FMEA processesApply your knowledge and the proper use of metrologyOversee inspection functions and be involved with product launches, changes and corrective actionsRequirements of the Bilingual Spanish Speaking Supplier Quality EngineerBachelor's degree in engineering is strongly preferred but not requiredSix Sigma Blackbelt is a plus but not requiredUse MS Office including Excel and WordThe ability to speak the Spanish languageOne or more years of experience working with automotive Tier 1 or Tier II suppliers is a plusTravel will be required including for supplier auditsSome relocation assistance may be available to ChicagoExcellent benefits!Compensation for the Bilingual Spanish Speaking Supplier Quality EngineerThe annual starting salary for this position ranges from $75,000 per year to $85,000 per year
