The Manager, Resident Services, is responsible for ensuring the hospitality element for guests and residents is at the highest level for the campus. In addition, this role provides supervision and support to the campus Welcome Center, Pastoral Care, Events and Programs, and schedules resident transportation. The Manager is responsible for implementing policies, regulations, rules, and norms, making sure that the environment is welcoming and hospitable for residents, associates, and guests. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Supervise work teams in the areas of Concierge, Pastoral Care, Events and Programs, and Welcome Center, providing training and evaluating performance. Create and coordinate daily departmental working schedule and serve as the departmental timekeeper for Concierge, Pastoral Care, and Welcome Center. Must demonstrate knowledge for the basic operation of all areas of the Welcome Center, Concierge Desk, Transportation, Pastoral Care, and Events and Programs. When called upon, work in these areas when the schedule dictates. Organize semi-annual resident surveys by locations to be entered into computer as they are received, input information into survey grid. Compile a separate list of all comments submitted by residentsPOAs for the Executive Director. Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, engaging and training team members. Establish departmental strategic goals while managing financial resources to ensure that needed resources are available and that quality care is delivered to all residents. Maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment for residents at all times. Prepare progress notes per regulatory standards. Required Education and Experience Individuals who exemplify, kindness, and positivity Those who value teamwork, family, and community A college degree or advanced schooling is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with demonstrated creativity. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated creativity and customer service experience. Must possess a customer service background and orientation.
