This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.What kind of candidate are we looking for?Someone with several years of experience in the restoration and construction industry andSomeone who can manage residential and commercial water mitigation projects.Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projectsCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issuesCommunicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safetyManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlyCoach and train restoration techniciansPosition RequirementsValid driver's licenseAt least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or constructionIICRC certification Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively pushpullliftcarry objectsAbility to work witharound cleaning agentsBenefits and CompensationSalary: $25- $30 hour Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Sponsored insurance.Paid Time Off100% Employer Paid Short term and Long term disability insurance401k with Company MatchEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
