EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE DISTRICT OFFICE

NOTICE OF VACANCY POSITION: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE JOB GOAL: Support the Superintendent by providing leadership and direction in all areas related to school district finance and budgeting.QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Demonstrated experience, education, or expertise in education, administration, finance, and governmental accounting, including rules, regulations, and ethics 2. Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) 3. Bachelor's Degree (or greater) in a related field is required 4. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred 5. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, ideally in public school finance & accounting 6. Proven leadership skills in collaborating with staff, parents, students, and community members 7.
