University Recruiting Coordinator

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented and high energy University Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work side by side with the university recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers across technical teams within IXL to help ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission.The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with new graduates as they launch their careers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience. You will excel at scheduling interviews and organizing and coordinating events and programs to support our university recruiting efforts.This is a junior level full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office. #LI-ONSITEWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGSchedule a high volume of candidate interviews in a timely and consistent manner, with exceptional attention to detailCoordinate travel arrangements and logistics for onsite interview candidates and employees traveling to fairsHost and manage onsite interview candidates while they are in the office Become an expert on IXL Learning to answer questions from candidates about our products, positions, and company cultureEfficiently manage and track candidates through the recruiting pipeline while providing a great candidate experience from source to hirePlan and coordinate new hire on-site and off-site social events Assist with resume review of candidates for entry level technical openings as neededProvide general administrative support for university recruitingCoordinate for school career fairs and eventsManage fair registration and team attendance for fairsTrack, stock and ship company swag and booth materialsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBABS degree requiredExperience as a recruiting coordinator (highly preferred), HR coordinator or in an administrative support roleExcellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsHighly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyondAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders and team membersExceptional attention to detailExperience working with an ATS (ours is Greenhouse) and G Suite preferredPassionate about education and technologyThe base hourly rate for this full-time position is $25.00 to $31.00 per hour + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
