Join Our Team: Resident District Manager at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL Are you a dynamic leader passionate about crafting outstanding dining experiences? As a Resident District Manager (RDM), you will play a key role and lead a large multi-unit dining account that focuses on performance and wellness at IMG Academy in Bradenton, this leadership role, you will act as the primary contact for the client, lead the team, and manage dining operations. Your focus will be on achieving operational and financial goals, maintaining client relationships, and fulfilling our mission of feeding kids.Key Responsibilities:Leads, manages, and encourages a diverse team at a large account, to provide outstanding service to the client, students, and communityDrives and develops self and team at the account towards establishing robust connections with the client(s) and attaining key performance indicators (profitability, safety, employee engagement, etc.)May serve on the district leadership team, and participate in ongoing conversations with peers to share standard methodologies, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build communityEnsures decisions are weighed for riskreward and shortlong-term implications while gathering input from the team and partnersFosters a culture of transparency, understanding, education, safety, and accountability at the accountServes as the representativebrand ambassador of the Chartwells team within the district and community; attends key client and community eventsEnsures client needs are met or exceeded, we retain the account, find cross-sell opportunities, and assist in rebid process as directedSupports functional areas of operation, including but not limited to safety, marketing, nutrition and culinaryEnsures adherence to local, state, federal and company policies, and conducts unit audits to ensure conformance for key areas (e.g. food storage, sanitation)Maintains compliance with USDA regulations and mentorship for all applicable meal and retail programs, along with completing all required reports on timeChampions development within the account; conducts performance evaluations, along with succession planning for the account; has full understanding of all roles within the operationLeads the financial results for the account, and works with leadership to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processesEnsures consistent and fair administration of al policies and proceduresWhat Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferredAt least five years of experience in high-volume production and catering, with a focus on delivering excellenceMinimum of three (3) years of management experience and validated leadership experience in food service operations, hospitality, or culinary managementProficient in all aspects of food service management with a proven track record of managing budgets, as well as driving operations efficiency and successA consistent track record of leading a business and a team, strong customer service, and excellent competence in business and finance.Demonstrates strong initiative, critical thinking, ownership, communications (listening, written, and verbal), multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skillsChampions an inclusive approach, and is proactive, positive, professional, and resilientExcellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and POS softwareOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for crafting positive customer experiencesOccasional travel may be required in this positionA desire to innovate and grow with a premier food service organizationWhy Join Us?Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growthCollaborate with a passionate team dedicated to excellence in service and innovationReady to take dining services to the next level?
