If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Specialist at Visions Clubhouse!The Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Specialist assists in providing direct rehabilitative and clinical services to adult mental health individuals in a clubhouse setting based on International Standards for Clubhouse Programs. Assists the Clubhouse Director, staff, and members with creating a vibrant and conducive psycho-social rehabilitative setting to achieve optimal opportunities in obtaining employment, building social skills, and continuing their recovery process. Compensation Range: The starting pay for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 hourly rate and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. Assists with special projects as assignedProvides supportive, educational, and social recreational servicesDevelops jobs and manage Transitional Employment Placements.Provides onsite crisis intervention and case management.Acts as Intake coordinator for Clubhouse (checks authorizations, billing documentation)Liaison with internal CNS case management teamDevelops Person Centered Plans with membersParticipates and promote departmental and agency quality improvement initiativesCompletes all required documentation in a timely fashion; meet requirements for staff productivity and direct service time, and caseload management of up to 25 members.Participates in program in-service education and community pletes case notes in the appropriate format and submit to medical records activity within prescribed time limits.Utilizes a trauma informed approachProvides transportation services to members.Meets established productivity standards of the organization.Other duties as assignedQualifications:Required Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, or related human servicesfiled.Qualified Mental Health Professional.Minimum one-year experience in working with adults with serious mental illness.Valid Michigan Driver's license and good driving record.Transportation or automobile accessibility with current auto insurance.Basic understanding of principles of psychosocial rehabilitation.Basic Understanding of Michigan Mental Health Code and Recipient Rights.Working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, the CNS Corporate Compliance Program and CNS Code of Ethics as well as other policies and procedures.Ability to maintain professional boundariesAbility to communicate effectively, professionally, and courteouslyAbility to use discretion and judgmental when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential natureIntermediate time management, problem solving, customer service, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsIntermediate presentation, facilitation, collaboration and team working skills.Ability to be forward thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives of the departmentIntermediate level experience with computers and Microsoft office productsPreferred Completion of Clubhouse International Colleague Training.About CNS Healthcare: CNS Healthcare (CNS) is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) with seven clinics and two clubhouses in Southeastern Michigan.
