Powered by the Omni marketing orchestration system, OMG connects best-in-class capabilities that enable our full-service media agencies OMD, PHD, and Hearts & Science to deliver more relevant and actionable consumer experiences, more productive and proactive client experiences, and more collaborative and rewarding talent experiences for the more than 24,000 people serving the world's leading brands in OMG agencies around the globe.Responsibilities: Client Management Work closely with cross functional teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies approaches to assess agency performanceDevelop standardized playbook & processes to ensure and report on best-in-class client satisfaction and finance managementUnderstand changes to key commercial terms and implications to agencies and relevant business unitsEnsure accuracy and overall management of the client finance management database to reflect changes in key commercialsReview and present cross-selling opportunitiesHelp to develop clear and concise reporting andor dashboards that will deliver information in an intelligent and digestible mannerCommunicate concise data points, and measurement strategies to senior managementServe as the primary contact for client related compliance topics and help coordinate compliance efforts (i.e. consulting of client service teams in the day to day business operations key point of contact for client audits)Help build upon existing detective controls to continually optimize client financial management Process Driven Client OnboardingDevelop best-in-class client product onboarding playbookDevelop and manage a client finance management databaseAssure the distribution of commercial and compliance scope information for new and renegotiated contracts to the relevant business unitsQualifications:Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomesimplicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey purpose, procedure and conclusions to a wide array of audiences (senior management, junior personnel, non-finance related personnel)Experience managing and coordinating efforts across various teamsofficesAbility to manage and prioritize competing deadlinesAccounting Big 4 experience preferred, but not required#LI-JS2This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualificationsskills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STDLTD insurance pensation Range$80,000-$95,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
