As a business partner, you will oversee claims relating to workers' compensation, general liability, auto, property, and other business areas.. You will drive investigation, management, and resolution of claims by working with multiple departments across the Company and with our insurers and TPAs. You will also oversee the company's insurance portfolio and serve as the point of contact for our insurance companies and corporate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Workers' Compensation Coordination:Administer the company's workers' compensation program, including: serving as primary Company contact for workers' compensation; overseeing and tracking claims; coordinating inquiries and documents needs; maintaining claim records; communicating with counsel, TPAs, and policy administrators; reviewing and improving workers' compensation processes; and ensuring internal and external compliance.Uphold effective workers' compensation systems, including: ensure workers' compensation activities comply with internal and regulatory requirements; maintain records and prepare detailed reports for internal review and external audits; and stay informed of changes in workers' compensation and insurance regulations and communicate updates to relevant surance claim Management:Manage claims under the Company's insurance auto, property, product loss, general liability, and other policies, including: reporting claims to insurance carriers; reviewing claims with department stakeholders; investigating incidents; and ensuring timely reporting and surance Portfolio Oversight and Support:Oversee the Company's insurance portfolio, including: managing renewals: analyzing coverages and premiums; maintaining compliance with policy requirements; serve as primary contact for Company and corporate stakeholders for insurance inquiries and requirements.Provide insurance support for the Company, including: manage internal and external requests for certificates of insurance; respond to insurance-related inquiries from departments and ensure accurate and timely information is provided; and explain policy terms to departments to support business functions.Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in workers' compensation, insurance management, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and insurance practices.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurancerisk management software.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 lbs.Working Conditions:Primarily office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities or off-site locations as needed.May require occasional travel for meetings, training, or claims investigations.
