QualificationsRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Mental Health or related field5+ years of experience in administration, supervision, or program management in mental health, social services, or special educationSupervision certification through the Board of Social Work ExaminersStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to perform crisis preventionintervention techniquesExperience with positive behavior intervention strategies
