We are driven by a relentless pursuit of making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.Position MissionAs a Clinical Director your mission is to lead an engaged team delivering high-quality clinical outcomes, create a positive customer experience, and deliver strong financial results.Key Responsibilities Ensure that manager check-ins and quarterly scorecard reviews occur regularly, feedback is solicited and provided, and performance is reviewed and managed for direct reports Oversee clinical interventions and their implementation (includes support with FBAsFAs, ITPsPRs) Facilitate the implementation of Ally's quality assurance measures Ensure clients are receiving adequate supervision Manage clinic-level intake activity, including leading tours and overseeing ITP development Ensure authorizations are utilized as clinically indicated and that, where required, authorizations are obtainedrenewed in advance of service delivery Develop effective rapport with families, clients and colleagues Support with hiring clinical staff Desired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge and proficiency with a range of clinical approaches to careAbility to use knowledge, experience, and independent judgment to ensure clients are continually improvingStrong assessment skills and treatment planning expertiseGood analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to record, track, and analyze therapy progressAbility to build and maintain positive, influential relationshipsPersonable, friendly and professional Ability to prioritizeAbility to quickly change direction while managing multiple tasksDemonstrated ability to lead teams and work in a fast-paced team environmentSelf motivated, energetic and enthusiastic Ability to plan and ensure execution and completion of clinical programs to the highest ethical standardsRequirements Must be licensed in Arizona and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessionsMust be able to administer variety of assessments and write treatment plansMust be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance cardMust complete 8-hour supervisor training through BACBAbility to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification1+ year of supervised BCBA work experience and 5 years of behavioral work (with children) experience preferredMust hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insuranceExperience working as a BCBA in a therapy program for children with autismExperience with staff and parent trainingExperience with supervision of BCBAs and RBTsPhysical RequirementsMust have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time.
