Our client, a Jewish nonprofit, is looking for a Grants Manager to join their team ASAP. SalaryHourly Rate: $75k - $95k Position Overview: The Grants Manager should have knowledge of hands-on submissions and proposal experience in grants. The Grants Manager should be able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment. The Grants Manager should have knowledge of grants management and internal compliance policies. Responsibilities of the Grants Manager: Develop, format, and submit funding applications, proposals, and reports. Research and identify new funding opportunities. Engage with potential funders to assess alignment with our client's needs. Draft and submit compelling grant proposals. Collaborate with program staff to gather data and ensure proposal alignment. Track grant progress, compliance, and reporting deadlines. Maintain accurate grant records and documentation. Use data systems to analyze and report program outcomes. Assist in negotiations, monitoring visits, and audits. Ensure quality assurance of grant programs. Support outcome-driven data management and reporting. Manage relationships with public officials, government, and foundations. Required ExperienceSkills for the Grants Manager: Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience. Analytical skills. Strong communication. Strategic thinking skills. Preferred ExperienceSkills for the Grants Manager: Passion and interest in a Jewish nonprofit. 1 - 3 years of grant writing manager experience.
