JNow Hiring: Busser at lephante Scottsdalelephante, Scottsdale's newest dining and lounge destination, is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Bussers to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being a key player in creating exceptional guest experiences, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Support servers by assisting with the steps of guest service, ensuring tables are cleared and reset quickly and efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and banquettes throughout service.Deliver and refill water for guests as requested or directed by municate guest needs to servers, chefs, and managers to ensure seamless service.Participate in table maintenance and preparation for upcoming courses.Stock side stations and perform all opening and closing procedures as instructed by management.Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards, keeping the venue clean and orderly.Attend daily pre-service meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions to grow within your role.Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.What We're Looking For:Experience: Previous experience as a busser in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub preferred.Certification: Food Handling Certificate required.Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a team-first attitude.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
