Also attract customers by offering quality products and great customer service. They also ensure the bar operates smoothly and profitably throughout the season. Customer Service must be driven and passionate about the products and experiences we offer our guests. Keeping product knowledge to assist with staff coaching. EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.ResponsibilitiesOperating point of sale terminals to ensure proper sales, tracking of all products, and ensure correct cash handling procedures are followedAssisting management with daily and end of month inventoryStaff management: assist with hire, training, and supervising bar staffMonitoring bar inventory, ingredients, rotating, and front facing all productsEnsuring compliance with federal, provincial, or territorial liquor and food safety regulationsResponsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and acting accordingly with such individuals.Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent municate with all bar staff in a respectful manner as well making sure all staff follow all protocols and proceduresEnsure high-quality customer service and resolve complaintsReview paperwork, prepare for events, and manage the event timelineQualificationsAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.Ability to multi-task in multiple environments and take direction from various Supervisors.Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit required by state and federal regulations.Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to product inventory and sales.Ability to speak, read and write in English.Minimum 2 years Bartender Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume barvenue capacity.Minimum 1-year SupervisorLead Experience in the Food and Hospitality IndustryMust be able to lift at least 50lbs.Ability to work long hoursFlexibility and adaptabilityKnowledge of sales techniquesAbility to motivate, support, guide and strengthen a team
