Provides leadership and tactical execution on daily production activities involving inventory management, job scheduling, pre-construction walkthroughs, service resolution, training, and management of local third-party installation network.Must have active FL Master Plumber's License to be consideredEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Assign installation jobs to third-party installer network based on availability and geographic proximity using proprietary scheduling application when possibleIdentify opportunities in daily operations to pull forward jobs and maximize speed to installationWork with the customer to schedule jobs based on installer availability and customer preferencesReview and publish daily installation and service reports to identify wins and opportunities for improvementWork with office administrative staff to ensure organized workflow of jobs from schedule to install completionAccurately enter job orders into the Operations App for scheduling, inventory, and job costing purposesOrder product based on job specs and products related to installation process to maintain adequate stock and custom inventoryPerform administrative duties such as building job packets and solving funding issuesAssist third-party installation partners on job site as needed with product staging and transportPartner with Service and Sales Operations teams to proactively address customer issues and resolve on first service callTrain, coach and develop installation employees and contractors both in the office and in the fieldImprove subcontractor retention rates through impactful training and engagementResponsible for driving proficiency and efficiency amongst installation subcontractorsPartner with leadership on identifying systemic training gaps and propose solutions to address gapCollaborate with all office and corporate functional teams to meetexceed office and regional goalsRecruit subcontractors as needed to expand installation capacityFollow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and proceduresMust hold a valid driver's license.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.Experience and Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, andor installation project managementTrack record of successfully recruiting, training, coaching, onboarding subcontractorsDemonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of the installation processAbility to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methodsAbility to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the ball".Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a "roll up your sleeves" and "today not tomorrow" mentality.Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional.Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email, and social media avenues that keeps the co-worker or customer's needs at the forefront of every interaction.Ability to communicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions as well as others, and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.Holding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one's own actions, performance, and decisions.Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, andor Access).Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:Prior skilled trades experience in plumbing, electric, andor carpentryPrior experience in residential home improvement in areas such as walk-in tubs, one day baths, kitchen refacing, replacement windows, stairlifts, andor water filtration systemsTravel Requirements:Less than 10% domestic travel required.OvertimeAdditional Hours Requirements:Additional Hours May Be Required (Exempt Positions)Physical RequirementsField OfficeManufacturingConstruction EnvironmentPerforms indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and outside work in varying temperatures and climates.Medium work.
