Senior Internal Auditor (Hybrid)

Position Summary:Ready to be an integral member of the Internal Audit team? As the Senior Internal Auditor, you will assist in the management of the company's internal and external audit activities for the United States and Mexico sites. Utilizing the department's electronic workpaper system, your project management skills and high degree of judgment and initiative, you will ensure financial regulatory requirements are met. Are You Looking To: Assist the Director of Internal Audit in designing and executing audit programs to ensure compliance with applicable financial regulatory requirements Travel to sites within the US and the occasional travel to Mexico Manage external consultants that are engaged to assist in the field work Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Are You Ready To: Assist the Director of Internal Audit in the development of the internal audit risk assessment on an annual basis Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Serves as an internal consultant to various local Finance teams to evaluate processes and procedures Evaluate organizational needs and drives improvements in business processes to eliminate waste and improve overall controls Job Requirements:What You'll Need: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field from a four-year college or university, CPA, CIA or CMA certification preferred Minimum four years related experience in internal controls testing Solid understanding of auditing, US GAAP and current SEC requirements Must be able to work independently Some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Regular communication required, talking and hearing Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms Must occasionally lift andor move up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision Benefits: Compensation range: $95,000 - $124,000 This position is eligible to participate in the company's annual bonus program 401K and company match Medical, Dental, Vision Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Company Life Insurance Short & Long-term disability Paid Time Off (e.g., Vacation Benefits, Company Holidays, Sick Leave Benefits, Personal Days) Pet Insurance Tuition Reimbursement To review a full listing of our benefits, please refer to the 2025 Bel Fuse Benefits Summary and Paid Time Off Benefits , by visiting the Bel Fuse Careers page.
