As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while working in a newly renovated and lively environment. Your responsibilities will include:Mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, wines, and beers with care and attention to detail.Maintaining an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar area.Providing exceptional service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests.Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently.Handling guest inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.Following safety, health, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.Prepare and mix a variety of cocktails, wines, and beers with precision, using ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to create exceptional drinks for guests and the service bar.Serve wine, draught beer, and bottled beer with professionalism and care.Accurately process payments for drinks and food served, ensuring a smooth transaction.Order and manage the requisition of liquors, supplies, and bar inventory to maintain stock levels.Arrange bottled goods and glassware in an aesthetically pleasing and organized display.Slice and pit fruit to create garnishes for drinks, enhancing the guest experience.Replenish the supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the bar area to maintain cleanliness and readiness.Immediately notify management of any guest complaints or concerns and take appropriate action to resolve them.Maintain proper etiquette when interacting with guests, ensuring a respectful and professional experience.Adhere to all safety procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.Assist with any additional tasks as needed, fostering teamwork and efficiency.Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.Why Work with Us?Sheraton Galleria has recently completed a stunning renovation, bringing new life and modern sophistication to our hotel.
