Position O.H.S.O. Barback Pay Range $11.70hr+tips. $14.70hr when training and attending meetings. Description An O.H.S.O. Barback must be knowledgeable in the flow of the bar and understand how to assist the bartender to effectively provide the service we expect. Below is a list of responsibilities the barback position will focus on:-Stocking the bar-Changing kegs-Maintaining the bar top at all times-Organizing the bar andor keg coolers-Interacting with guests to create the best possible experience-Cleaning barware and dishes (bar specific)-Assisting with closing down the bar on volume shiftsAbout the Organization OHSO Brewery wants well qualified, energetic, and relentlessly happy people.
