Join a world-class company as they expand!Job DescriptionEngineering and Testing: Lead engineering and testing activities to support the development of mixed technology harnesses, including fiber optic, twisted pair, power, and coaxial connections.Design Process: Follow a methodical approach to design that includes understanding customer requirements, employing scientific methods (test-driven, data collection, and repeatability), and delivering timely project completion.Customer Focus: Plan and execute design tasks efficiently to meet or exceed customer expectations.Production Support: Work with production teams to troubleshoot and improve multi-channel product manufacturing. Responsibilities include process development, tooling improvements, and documentation.Design Documentation: Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and work instructions to support assembly processes.Test Reports & Feedback: Produce test reports and collaborate with operators during prototype and first-build phases to ensure designs are manufacturable and functional.Continuous Improvement: Apply feedback from operators and assembly teams to refine designs and improve product quality and assembly processes.
