Simply put, no detail is spared.Through the hands of our growers we create great tasting, responsibly produced, authentic foods that nurture community and enhance your quality of life.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Operations Coordinator serves as the primary support contact for FOODMatch's network of business-to-business (B2B) stakeholders, including customers (retailers, distributors, and end-users), brokers, and sales representatives. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and distributing brand collateral and sales materials to support business development efforts across FOODMatch's selling channels. Additionally, the Marketing Operations Coordinator assists the B2B Marketing team in executing trade marketing campaigns, managing social media and community engagement, coordinating customer promotions, and developing custom sales materials (both digital and print). This role also provides general administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives and operational efficiency.Job Responsibilities:Asset Management & FulfillmentGathers, produces, and ships all brand collateral and supplies requested for sales meetings, distributorbroker events, demos, etc.Orders all supplies and manages any in-house printing or production at the direction of the creative services teamExecutes mailerdistribution projects coordinating kitscollateral shipping from office or third-party partner to multiple end usersCoordinates efforts with third-party fulfillment and storage partner; inventory, reorder alerts, orders, etc.Product MarketingCoordinate all re-labeling production requests in partnership with labels and logisticsops teamsCoordinate samples and renderings of new products as needed for content creation by the brand and creative teamDigital Marketing & Community ManagementManage the scheduling and posting of all digital trade marketing communications, social media, email marketing, etc.Manage the distribution of all digital brand assets for internal and external stakeholdersWith the Marketing Manager act as community manager for all tradeB2B social media platforms; voice of FOODMatch, providing best-in-class service and communication across channels and platformsPoint of Sale & Distributor Marketing AutomationCoordinate all trade marketing activities on our digital portal including:Distributors sell sheet automationcreationCustomer cards, item lists, and brand assetsFulfillmentstore management for internal samplesTrade Show SupportAssist B2B Marketing team in execution of industry-wide food trade shows (e.g. Fancy Food Show, Expo West)Ability to travel up to 3 times per year for periods of several days to one week (including some weekends) to support our B2B Events Manager & B2B Marketing Manager team to execute our trade shows on-siteQualifications2-4 years of experience in a corporateprofessional operational andor administrative capacityExperience in consumer products, food industry, and marketing is desirable but not requiredHighly organized, detail oriented & able to multi-task and problem solveImportant to be collaborative across the company but also can be a self-starter & desire to fully own your projectsExcellent communicator with a positive, can-do customer-centric, service-first approach that builds goodwill and trust among various internalexternal constituents in-person and onlineInterest in learning new skills, such as planning & executing social media strategies, and curiosity to learn about new industries (consumer products, Mediterranean and other global foods)Able to lift boxes up to 30 poundsAble to spend up to 50% or more of the day working on your feet in an office environmentAble to attend trade shows which require some overnight & weekend travelAdditional InformationJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: 4 days in-office, 1 remote day in New York, NY 10018FOODMatch offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation based on experience.
