We encourage developing and attracting expertise that differentiates us as a company as we continue to raise the bar.Job Summary The Treasury projects team works to achieve goals as detailed by Treasury management facilitating projects, representing the Treasury department for intra and inter-departmental projects, integrationsdivestitures, and other enterprise-wide projects as required by the business. The Treasury Project Manager role assists the team as detailed below. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Represent Treasury department for all activities related to integrations and divestitures utilizing the Treasury resources and facilitating communication between Strategic Project Team, Field Accounting PM, and Treasury.Establish yearly project goals with Treasury management and track progress of each to completionWork with Treasury functional resources to plan and drive projects to completion in a timely mannerMeet with Treasury management regularly to provide project updates and discuss next stepsAssist with enterprise-wide projects as requiredEstablish relationships with resources from both Treasury and other departments to assist in completion of project objectivesBecome familiar with Treasury functional teams, tasks and processesAssist with materials related to onboarding training for Treasury department Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting or 3-5 years related experience requiredFluency in Microsoft tools with a focus on Excel, Teams, and Outlook requiredSAP and other technical experience (data flows and process improvement) a plusWorking knowledge of Project Management methodology preferredIdeal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills & attention to detailAdept at navigating difficult situations with diplomacyAbility to build working relationships and drive projects to completion within deadlinesDemonstrated research and problem-solving skillsWillingness to explore process efficiencies and improvementsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Visio and AccessAbility to understand how role contributes to the success of the wider businessTravel required less than 10% Apply to Compass Group today!Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
