This role is crucial in optimizing media operations, ensuring efficiency, and fostering collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and streamlining systems, tools, and processes to build a transparent and effective media operating model.Key Responsibilities:Oversee media budget tracking and reportingDefine and implement processes and tools to enhance clarity and efficiency across teamsPartner with agencies to streamline operations, reporting dashboards, and workflow managementManage financial tracking, billing, and reportingOversee Double Verify tracking and reportingStandardize project deliverables and manage workflowsCollaborate with media and cross-functional teams (Search, Affiliate, etc.) to improve efficiency and consistencySupport reporting processes to unify core media results and share insights with leadershipManage and support media campaigns as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, business, or a related field3+ years of experience in media operations within an agency or brand setting3+ years of experience in integrated media planning and buyingStrong understanding of media planning and buying processes, including audience strategy, content development, activations, and measurementAbility to manage multiple priorities across different teamsExperience leading and motivating cross-functional teams toward shared goalsExperience working in a matrixed organization, collaborating with internal teams and external agency partnersStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
