To be successful in this role, one must enjoy managing a team and working cross-functionally within the organization as well as working with prospective clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is creative, detail oriented, possesses the ability to learn through observation and can think well on their feet. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage a team of Solution Consultants and other pre-sales employeesWork alongside the Head of Revenue Operations to build the processes and workflows for the teamCreate, document and present strategic solutions to support prospect's needsSupport sales directors by pursuing and closing strategic opportunitiesDevelop strategic pursuits for prospects and existing clientsAssist with RFx responsesPerform in person and virtual product demos, webinars and presentationsLeverage consultative skills to uncover prospect's needs and develop strong understanding of scope as part of proposal development processUnderstand and translate prospect's business requirements into cogent Zinnia solutions in terms of business and technologyMaintain leadership knowledge of Zinnia solutions, industry trends and technology advancementsDocument and translate prospect's needs to the Zinnia Delivery organizationRepresent Zinnia sales organizationWHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor's degree or 7 to 10 years work experience in a related field5+ years of Life, Annuity, and outsourcing industry experienceProven experience and success in working independently at a fast paceExcellent results orientated, organization and management skills with the ability to lead and focus the efforts of others to a specific goalSuperior oralwritten communication skillsAbility to present to large audiencesAbility to build internal and external relationshipsAbility to translate functional, technical and complex information to a broad audienceAbility to effectively interact with the executive level on a regular basisProven problem solving, decision making, analytical and organizational skills requiredMust be a creative and strategic thinkerProficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with presentationsTeam player with ability to coordinate cross-functional teamsSome travel may be requiredWHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000, dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
