PURPOSE:Manage the timely and accurate process of vetting potential clients for eligibility to the 911 Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with potential clients to obtain information regarding their 911 exposure, illnesses, and proof of presence. The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for collecting and recording accurate details from leads to determine eligibility and appropriate next steps.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualify leads for 911 exposure and eligibility to the VCF.Accurately record data in the Salesforce Leads system, including submitting the "Take a Call" form clients about the claims process to set expectations regarding the timeline and required documentation.Perform regular follow-up calls, texts, or emails and facilitate communication with prospects to identify new possible claims.Regularly monitor and respond to internal correspondence via email, Slack, and Salesforce.Monitor incoming and existing leads in Salesforce via your DashboardHit determined call goalsParticipate in outreach events to further our mission to educate the 911 community about the WTCHP and VCF.Seek outreach opportunities to reach new members of the 911 communitySpecial projects as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree preferred.The ability to speak Russian is a plus.A commitment to excellent customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospective petency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.Able to work in the office Monday through Thursday, with Friday as an optional remote day.SALARY:$60,000 - $70,000WHO WE ARE:At Barasch & McGarry, our mission is to improve the lives of the 911 community and lead the way in protecting victims' legal rights.
