In 2013, we added a production facility with a 50-bbl brewhouse, where we package beer in both cans and draft. SanTan branched out into distilled spirits in 2017 and in 2019 expanded to include Spirit House; a cocktail-driven bar with a delicious food menu, lounge-like atmosphere and knowledgeable, approachable staff. A clear departure from the standard craft cocktail bar, Spirit House aims to demystify the world of distilling and flavor pairing through friendly education and quality service. Follow all required safety and standard operating proceduresRequest real time help from supervisors or other managers when neededCommunicate and treat fellow co-workers and other members of the SanTan team with respectAdhere to a "Safety Always" mindset and comply with safety policies & programsApproach every task with quality in mind, paying attention to detail & accuracyOther Responsibilities:Hostesses will have a very positive + outgoing personality, leading every shift with a welcoming kindness and personality.We are looking for someone who is very punctual and rarely misses work.Must be available weekends.Hostess or receptionist experience a plus.Food Runners are responsible for ensuring that all food in run correctly to tables and the bar.Server Assistants are responsible for bussing & pre-bussing tables, refilling drinks, taking back buss tubs (up to 60 lbs) to dishwasher, taking out garbage + washing dishes.All employees are expected to be able to:Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety and efficiency, constantly evaluating work practices in the spirit of "always improving."Communicate effectively and openly with team membersWork in kitchenrestaurant environments which may be loud, hot, humid, or have wetslippery floorsMulti-task and follow standard operating proceduresBend, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel, climb ladders and stairsStand for prolonged periodsWork indoors, outdoors, and in food trucks when necessarySafely work in and around confined spacesRegularly liftcarry heavy objects (55 lbs.) repeatedly and safely above waist-levelOccasionally move heavy objects with equipment (165 lbs.)
