Reporting directly to the EVP and General Counsel, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-level transactional activities within the commercial real estate sector. As a key member of our legal department, the VP of Legal Transactions will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our business strategy, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of open-air shopping centers and handling a variety of complex real estate matters.
