(for example, prepost natal exercise; strength training for women) position will include developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining individual exercise recommendations for club clients in a professional and quality manner to ensure exceptional member satisfaction and retention. This position will also include selling personal training sessions andor programs. The Prime Directive is to gain and retain members.Position: Certified Personal TrainerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: FFC Oak Park Compensation: At FFC, trainers earn commission based on experience and certifications, ranging from $32 to $74 per session. During the first 60 days, new trainers earn commissions from paid sessions & New Member Sessions, plus a special bonus ($500-$1000 each month during their first 3 months) for meeting session goals. Trainers are guaranteed to earn at least minimum wage for all hours worked. New Trainer Schedule & Responsibilities (First 60 Days):In the first 60 days, new trainers will follow a set schedule. They must choose at least five 6-hour shifts per week, with options for morning, evening, and at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
