We are looking for experienced, high-performing SaaS sales professional to join us and bring YOOBIC to retailers across North America. We grew by 272% in the US last year and we are just getting started. We have an industry-leading solution with a strong product market fit and a greenfield opportunity. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join us and make a huge impact on the future and success of Yoobic in the US.You will become a specialist in retail & front-line employees, focused on new business sales and reporting directly to out VP of Sales, US. We are looking for you to be a dynamic and hungry individual who has experience driving complex, consultative SaaS sales processes from end-to-end. In addition, you are process driven, credible at a senior level, a strong problem-solver, and apt at solution-selling.Joining us, you will play a big part in the future of YOOBIC. You'll have a huge impact on the future of the team and the company, and your success will help shape the success of the company as we continue to drive our growth.What you'll do...Run the full sales process within your territory - from pipeline creation, to presenting the YOOBIC solution, to negotiating pricing and closing deals, with guidance & support from your leadershipTarget the world's leading and most recognizable brand name clients in the retail and hospitality verticalsReport on your deals weekly and forecast your pipeline to a quarterly targetPartner with your solutions engineer throughout the sales process to demonstrate the YOOBIC platform and to present the YOOBIC sales methodologyWork with Marketing and Business Development teams to build strong demand generation campaignsBuild your territory, identify target accounts and take ownership of the growth and development of your business through strong outbound prospectingAttend events, in-person client meetings and thought leadership sessions to drive brand awarenessWhat you have...Minimum 5 years experience selling complex SaaS solutions and managing a full sales cycle in a startup environment with an ACV of $250kConsistent track record of achievementtarget attainment throughout your sales careerAbility to sell to multiple C-Suite personas throughout a saleAbility to understand new concepts quickly and possess the ability to explain them with easeUsed to a Pipe Generation culture and accountabilityUsed to a structured sales process such as MEDICC andor CoMSelf-starter and self-motivated mentality, with passion for driving growthYou must be able to demonstrate curiosity, coachability, commitment, creativity and courageYou will have a thirst to learn and develop yourself as a sales professionalAbility to act as a mentor for members of the BDR teamExperience selling to enterprise retailhospitality clients a plusWhat we petitive salary of $150k base plus $150k OTE ($300k)20 days PTO + 8 public holidays (plus 3 floating holidays to choose from)Medical cover and EAP (Employee Assistance Program)Company covered Life insurance coverageCompany covered long term disability coverageAn amazing 401k contribution - We contribute even if you don't!ADP discounts for a whole host of items (including electronics, Childcare, travel, etc...)Free online HIIT sessions + gym discountsRegular training and coaching to make you even better in your roleWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
