About the RoleAs an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our cofounders. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with company leadership, providing critical administrative and tactical support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating key business meetings, and facilitating seamless communication across the organization. Beyond traditional executive support, you will also contribute to people operations, assisting with event planning, onboarding, and company-wide initiatives that enhance workplace culture. ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain shifting calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones with tact and confidentiality.Manage meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure efficient and productive meetings.Provide proactive scheduling and calendar support, thoroughly preparing for all commitments, including briefing materials, meeting agendas, and itineraries.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and streamline communication.Own travel, itineraries, and event logistics for the executive team, ensuring seamless execution for high-priority engagements and minimizing friction.Assist the People Operations function with tasks such as supporting the onboarding of new hires and organizing company-wide events, including off-sites, team gatherings, and leadership retreats.Requirements5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founders andor C-suite executives in a startup or high-growth environment.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.Expertise in managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones.A proactive and highly reliable partner, adept at anticipating needs and implementing solutions independently.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.Experience in people operations is a pensationOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and employment type. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
