The position involves managing the day-to-day operations of a 15-unit dialysis center, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients, and supporting a team of skilled nursing professionals.Position Overview:As the Dialysis Nurse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the center's operations, from staffing and compliance to quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
