We support our clients with sustainable water purification systems and technologies that solve the world's water scarcity challenges.Aquatech immediately needs a full-time Project Engineer Primavera P6 Scheduler to work in our Hartland, WI office. The hours are Monday and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Project Engineer Primavera P6 Scheduler will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.The ideal candidate will have excellent math skills, applied creativity, mechanical skills, problem-solving skills, team-oriented, customer service driven, and attention to detail. This candidate will also have experience in a project-related industry.Minimum Qualifications Experience:Primavera P6 Experience RequiredBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Two (2) or more years of experience in a project-related industry. Prior waterwastewater infrastructure project experience (preferred.)Job Description:Provide general project management support to the project manager and the team.Provide status, control, and progress reporting support services on projects.Prepare project schedules in MS Projects per project requirementAnalyze the validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the project.Monitor actual progress, compare to baseline, and report progress against schedule.Analyze and report productivity and trends.Forecast the impacts on the schedule of proposed changes.Collect detailed project status and generate status reports for the overall project.Various other support aspects of projects as assigned.Review of project specificationsPreparation of project documentsCo-ordination with the project teamVerify the project progress & prepare the monthly progress reportCo-ordinate the document submissions & resubmissions to customers & vendors.Vendor follow-up & expeditingPeriodic vendor visits to monitor the progressReview of requisitions for project spec compliance before placement of POAttend Customer meetings as requiredSupport correspondence with customers via the Project ternal communication with all departments & AIC Assembly shop.Track material status in SAP & update project statusPreparation of packing slips & related shipment documentationSite visits during the construction phaseWork autonomously without constant guidanceSkill Requirements:Able to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.Decision-making ability and leadership skills.Time management and organizational skills.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD engineering drawings and P&IDs.Able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.Ability to communicate effectively with customers and maintain a positive attitude.Ability to work with multiple disciplined projects.Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail.Ability to use MS Office software at a high level of proficiency.The ability to use SAP is an advantage.The ability to use MS Projects is an advantage.Experience with EITKnowledge of industrial water and wastewater treatment systems is preferred.Essential Functions:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
