Customer Service Representative

DescriptionWe are looking for a CSR to join our staff & serve America's Best Pizzas! As a CSR or customer service representative, your primary responsibilities include inputting orders on the POS screen both at the front counter & over the phone, handing food to customers or third-party representatives upon arrival, & providing productservice information with a smile. Your duties involve providing customers with a pleasant & inviting atmosphere; along with helping the rest of the staff in managing the restaurant.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Greet and welcome customers to the restaurant Take orders, process payments, & customer phone callsResolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best abilityMaintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaintsAttract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they ariseReceiving in-the-moment coaching & hands-on training Assisting management with in-store tasks & other daily store dutiesPrepare customer orders & help with kitchen prep activities Bag, box, wrap, & distribute orders Cleaning, maintaining, & stocking the showroom & kitchen Complying with the rules and regulations of the companyRequirementsMust be 16 years of age or olderAbility to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.Familiarity with kitchen equipment & POSKPS systemsUnderstanding of food hygieneAbility to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in personGood time-management skillsAbility to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and eveningsAbility to handle the physical demands of a restaurant - standing, lifting, carrying, pany InformationYes, the name is memorable and you bet, our food is positively addictive.
