Essential Functions Clear and unclog drains, and repair leaks.Respond to service calls for general building maintenance items campus-wide which will include work in classrooms, restrooms, and occasionally residence halls, athletic facilities, and outdoor work. Calls will include repair requests for doors, windows, roofs, electrical, plumbing, furnishings, locks, safety protection, and other items as required.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 7 years in Maintenance WorkValid driver's license required.Journeyman level skills and license requiredThe job requires an employee who can perform with minimum supervision and take the initiative to complete the assignment.
