Bank Debt Associate

An investment advisory firm in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Bank Debt Associate to their team. Responsibilities: The Bank Debt Associate will: Manage Wall Street Office database (e.g. trade input, settlement, and income processing and reconciliation), cash flow management, and report generation in support of internal and external market participants Serve as a liaison between borrowers and lender group in a loan agency capacity Interact closely with various parties including trusteescustodian banks, portfolio managers, traders, and analysts Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 1+ years of related work experience in a Financial Services setting Bachelor's Degree Experience with Loan Trade Settlement, both par and distressed Experience with daily Loan Administration, including the amendment process Bank Debt Loan Operations experience Sell Side experience Desired Skills: Previous experience in a Buy Side setting Experience with Cash and Position Reconciliation Experience with reconciliations of monthly CLO reports and waterfalls with multiple CLO trustees, including reconciling position data such as ratings, spreads, amorts, etc. Wall Street Office Administrator experience
