Role:Role: Change Management Analyst Location: 1-2 days hybrid in Alpharetta, GA Type: 12+ months contract with strong possibility of extension Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is looking for a qualified Change Management Analyst to join a Top-Tier Investment Bank. The Change Management analyst will be responsible for supporting and enabling adoption of a new global technology platform to support the onboarding of Third Parties within an Investment Bank. The role involves analysing the impact of change, developing strategies to facilitate transitions, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of technology. Essential Requirements and Responsibilities :•Develop and support programs such as Train the Trainer and Change Champions to improve adoption of technology platforms globally.•Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.•Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communication initiatives effectively.•Develop training materials such as job aids, demonstration videos, training modules to support the adoption of new technology and provide knowledge of the overall program.•Facilitate training sessions on the different functionalities within the tool.•Collect and analyse feedback from employees and stakeholders to continuously improve the tool and adoption. • Experience with contract management. • Prosci certification preferred but not a must Location: 1-2 days hybrid in Alpharetta, GA Type: 12+ months contract with strong possibility of extensionOur client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is looking for a qualified Change Management Analyst to join a Top-Tier Investment Bank.
