The role involves laying out work, ordering materials, conducting safety talks, and managing teams effectively. There is a strict no air pods or phones policy, and team members must demonstrate a cooperative attitude, receive feedback well, and work effectively in a high-paced production environment. The hours are from 5:00 am to 6:00 am and 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm, with overtime available. Candidates must have their own tools, PPE, and measurement tools, and treat their work as artwork, ensuring perfection to avoid rework.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockaway park, New York.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
