Clarion Partners operates independently as a Specialist Investment Manager owned by Franklin Templeton (FT), a diversified firm that spans asset management, wealth management, and fintech, giving us many ways to help investors make progress toward their goals.ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities will include assisting the portfolio management and distribution teams for real estate strategies designed for the defined contribution (DC) market segment. Candidate will work closely to support the day-to-day management of existing productsstrategies including operations, investor due diligence and onboarding, financial analyses, research, client presentations, marketingclient service. Candidate will also assist in the development of new product strategies. Candidate will interact with a variety of functional corporate teams including fund portfolio management, finance, legal, performance, research and marketingclient service. Primary activities include, but are not limited to: Monitor the performance, capital flow, allocations and operations for DC product strategies. Model cash flow scenarios and prepare financial analyses using centralized data feeds. Interact with fund portfolio management teams and finance staff in order to maintain critical investment data, trendlines and themes. Prepare presentation decks, analyses and memorandums for senior management and investors.Facilitate the marketing, investor onboarding and client service of product strategies along with the DC product distribution teams, trustee and fund administrator. Coordinate and write responses for investorconsultant due diligence and reporting requests.Support product operational compliance and risk management.Assist with competitive analyses, review of industry trends and other special projects.Assist with the design and development of new product strategies. QualificationsBachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.3 or higher required. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, finance, product management or related-business position; 1-2+ years of experience if candidate has completed an MBA or masters degree in a business-related field.Highly organized; meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication and written skills. Strong interest and ability to work in a complex field with rapidly changing opportunities and players. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong ability to work with spreadsheets and data sets to prepare easily understood charts and tables. Self-starter, strong work ethic, integrity and collaborative nature. If based in New York, the base salary range for this position is USD $115,000 - $135,000. Actual base salary offered will be determined by several components including but not limited to the candidate's experience, job-related knowledge, and qualifications. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role. Total compensation may vary based on role, location, and individual performance.
