Duties Description BASIC FUNCTION:As part of the Governor's five-year $35 billion housing plan to create or preserve 100,000 affordable homes statewide, research and analyze forms of funding available to real estate developers including financing from state and federal agencies.WORK PERFORMED:The work performed will focus on the financing of affordable housing projects in New York State.
