This role requires a highly skilled professional who can coordinate cross-functional resources, provide expert guidance on program management practices, drive continuous improvement in program delivery processes and tooling, and use data and reporting to help CCS maximize its portfolio and budget. Acts as a technical expert in own area within the organization. May work independently or as part of a team on more complex projects. Provides mentoring and guidance to more junior team members. May be responsible for leading a team but does not directly manage people.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:Supports CCS leadership with the execution and performance of our Portfolio, serves as point of contact for senior management stakeholders and Planning LeadsArticulates the business drivers, support needs, and challenges associated with top ProgramsFacilitates creation of tooling and other solutions to uncover challenges within Portfolio Mentors the organization in Program Portfolio Management practicesProvides expert guidance and leadership for onboarding ProjectProgram Managers learning how to manage Programs within the SkyComcast ecosystemsWorks directly with teams to facilitate unified solutioning for Strategic Initiatives, Technical Imperatives and Action Plans, handling tooling and systems per TPX unification strategiesDevelops, evaluates, and implements performance metrics for CCS Portfolio administration and architecture.Captures identified concerns across Program Portfolio. Support stakeholders to build remediation plans and recommendations to address concerns. Leverage partnerships with stakeholders to implement corrective action across organizations to improve Program Portfolio performanceBuilds positive and supportive relationships with stakeholders across TPX and other organizations to continuously improve business processes and prioritize programsEducates and trains teams directly on leveraging "evergreen", automated, and smart solutioning for management and reporting of portfolio projectsKeeps abreast of new developments in tooling, project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices, and industry standardsConsistently exercises independent judgement and discretion in matters of significanceRegular, consistent, and punctual attendanceOther duties and responsibilities as assignedMinimum Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalentYears of Professional Experience: 7+ in related field AND 3+ in a related field within ComcastExpert knowledge of Microsoft office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
