Gemma offers:Generous earned time off to be used for vacation, personal, and sick timeFlexible schedulingReferral bonusEducation assistance for tuition reimbursement and continuing education403B with employer matchPaid training, travel and supervisionAgency laptop provided with Wi-Fi connectionIn addition, Gemma offers self-care funds for each program to participate in wellness activities.Job Specifics: The IBHS Behavior Consultant-ABA is responsible for:Providing direct consultation for assigned childteen young adult with a behavioral health diagnosis, typically Autism Spectrum DisorderProvide supervisionoversight of assigned Behavior Health Technicians (BHT-ABAs) on any assigned casesTrain family, school staff and assigned BHT-ABA on interventions indicated in the treatment plan and data collectionComplete a comprehensive assessment to determine clinical needs and trajectory of treatment using observation, interview and structured toolsCollect and review data collected to determine efficacy of treatment interventionsComplete and update treatment plan with detailed interventions and review of progress towards clinical goalsComplete and update the Functional Behavior Assessment as requiredCollaborate with identified team members which may include Behavior Consultant, Behavior Health Technician, school staffParticipating in regular supervision to discuss cases and increase clinical knowledgeDocumenting service provided utilizing the agency Electronic Medical RecordThis position is a fee for service part-time employee position (minimum 10-15 hours per week). Services can be provided at school andor in the homecommunity and are located throughout the city of Philadelphia.Requirements:Must be Licensed in the Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services AND one of the following:Certification as a BCaBAMinimum of providing one year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 college credits in ABAMinimum of one year of full-time experience providing ABA under the supervision of a BCBAExperience: A minimum of one (1) year related experience required, including experience working in the child welfare, education and mental health systems.
